Privacy policy
Detroit Fence Experts is a trade name operated by NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company. NexTier Digital LLC is a marketing business and is not a contractor. This page explains what happens to the details you share through this website.
Information we receive
When you fill out the request form or write to us, we receive what you choose to provide: usually your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the fence work and any photos you attach. Like most websites, the site may also record basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and the time of a visit.
Why we use it
Your details are used to answer your request, to pass it to a contractor who can help, to follow up about that request, and to keep the website working properly. We do not use your project details for unrelated purposes.
Who we share it with
Because this site is not a contractor, a request is only useful once it reaches one. We share your request with the residential fence contractor covering the area where your property sits, so that contractor can contact you about the work. We also rely on service providers that host the site, run the form and deliver email and texts on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS and text messaging
If you agree to receive text messages, your mobile number and your text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. That information is shared only with the messaging providers that deliver the texts. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for as long as they are needed to handle the request and meet ordinary business and recordkeeping needs, then delete them or strip out personal details.
Your requests
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send that request by email and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. The site’s other rules are covered in the terms of use.
